Position Summary
As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our branches and internal teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant deposit operations. From processing electronic funds transfers to maintaining account records, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help deliver the reliable service our customers depend on every day. This is a fully onsite position based in Luxemburg, WI.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process ACH originations, returns, and exceptions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Administer the debit card program, including fraud review, customer communication, and secure transaction monitoring.
  • Process and approve all wire transfers and handle overdrawn account charge-offs and recoveries.
  • Maintain and edit deposit account records and Customer Identification Program (CIP) data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support to retail and operations teams by researching issues, responding to audit requests, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of banking or relevant financial experience required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and discretion when handling confidential information.
