Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Money Movement team builds and scales the systems that power how customers move money into, out of, and within Robinhood. This includes payment rails, integrations with financial data providers, and partnerships with payment processors that ensure reliability, speed, and security. The team works closely with engineering, compliance, and external partners to deliver seamless fund movement experiences that customers trust every day!

As a Senior Product Manager, you will set the strategic vision and deliver products that scale how money flows across Robinhood’s global ecosystem. You will lead zero-to-one product launches, own complex integrations with fintech partners, and evolve our payment infrastructure to move money faster & reliably for our users. You will partner with engineering, legal, and operations to ensure systems are robust, compliant, and easy for customers to use.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do
  • Define the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Robinhood’s core money movement rails and vendor integrations, including data aggregators and payment processors
  • Lead zero-to-one product initiatives to move assets & money faster, and scale our payment infrastructure to support our product velocity
  • Drive significant improvements in system reliability and user experience—scaling transaction success rates, funding of new accounts and reducing operational overhead
  • Identify improvements that reduce transaction failures, latency, operational overhead and use insights to prioritize product decisions
  • Partner with engineering to deliver reliable systems that support deposits, withdrawals, and internal money movement
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all payment systems meet regulatory requirements
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in a product management role, with a proven track record of building complex financial infrastructure or money movement products
  • Familiarity with payment systems (ACH, wires, card networks, stablecoin) and vendor integrations such as data aggregators
  • High technical empathy and experience partnering closely with engineering to resolve complex architectural blockers and deliver clean user experiences.
  • Familiarity using user research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate extreme ambiguity, formulate opinionated product recommendations, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
  • A strong sense of urgency & speed, high standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, and external partners
What we offer
  • Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.
  • Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.
  • Best-in-class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents.
  • Lifestyle wallet — a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more.
  • Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits.
  • Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more!
  • Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
Base pay range

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
