Job description

Core Cleaning Responsibilities
  •  Clean and maintain commercial spaces such as offices, hallways, lobbies, and break rooms 
  •  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using industrial equipment 
  •  Dust and wipe desks, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces 
  •  Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly 
Restroom & Sanitation Duties

  •  Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors 
  •  Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper 
  •  Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, shared equipment) 
    Chemical Use
  •  Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions 
  •  Mix and dilute cleaning solutions properly 
Specialized Cleaning Tasks
  •  Clean glass doors, windows, and partitions 
  •  Perform deep cleaning services (carpet shampooing, floor waxing, stripping, and buffing) 
  •  Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas 
Safety & Compliance
  •  Follow OSHA and workplace safety regulations 
  •  Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) 
  •  Store cleaning supplies and chemicals safely 
Maintenance & Reporting
  •  Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors 
  •  Perform minor upkeep tasks when needed 
  •  Keep cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition 
Work Efficiency & Professionalism
  •  Complete assigned tasks within deadlines, often during off-hours 
  •  Work independently with minimal supervision 
  •  Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in client environments
