The Opportunity

We are hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to help shape the future of our go-to-market motion. This role will report to our Product Education leader and work to build and execute enablement programs that empower our GTM teams to perform at their best, from onboarding and training to process optimization and content strategy.

As Canopy's Manager of Enablement, you'll have a rare opportunity to lay the foundation for our enablement strategy, create scalable frameworks, and drive measurable impact across our growing GTM organization.

This is a hybrid position in Draper, Utah (M, W, F in-office).

What You'll Do

  • Build and own Canopy's Sales Enablement strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Product Education leader.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve GTM productivity and performance.
  • Create, manage, and maintain GTM playbooks, process documentation, and enablement content.
  • Collaborate with CX, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging, materials, and buyer journey alignment.
  • Identify skill gaps across the GTM teams and design targeted training or resources to close them.
  • Implement tools, systems, and best practices that drive efficiency, consistency, and data-driven sales execution.
  • Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, within a SaaS environment. 
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Executive or Account Management roles.
  • Proven experience developing and executing scalable enablement programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities—comfortable working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in building new processes and initiatives from the ground up.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
