Now, we're looking for compassionate, skilled nurses ready to make a meaningful difference every shift.
Your Role: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
This isn't just a nursing job-it's an opportunity to build lasting relationships while delivering high-quality care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more independent lives.
As a Shift Nurse at NCFL, you'll:
  • Provide skilled nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Monitor and assess individuals' health, documenting care in accordance with NCFL policies and Medicaid guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and direct support professionals to ensure exceptional care.
  • Support individuals during daily activities, appointments, and community outings as needed.
  • Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence while making a meaningful impact every day.

Compensation:
  • Registered Nurse (RN): $45.00/hour
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35.00-$38.00/hour
  • Earn up to $52.50/hour for overtime! Employees regularly have opportunities to pick up additional shifts and significantly increase their earnings.
Available Shifts:
  • Days: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Evenings: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Overnights: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

What You'll Need:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Current professional liability/malpractice insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
  • A compassionate attitude and commitment to providing exceptional care
