Position Type Seasonal Category Education
The assistant coach responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, on court-practice and contest coaching, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Anderson University is a NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Heartland Athletic Conference.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree. Previous coaching or playing experience at the college level is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and have a proven ability to successfully recruit student-athletes. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to and ability to work with a diverse student population. An understanding of and commitment to the mission of a Christian college is required.
Candidates should have belief in and commitment to Jesus Christ and the Christian faith as interpreted through the historic witness of the Bible and the ongoing ministry of the Holy Spirit. They should possess a vitality of Christian experience that is maturing in insight and application. Candidates must meet University lifestyle expectations.
