Position Summary and Key Responsibilities
The graduate assistant will plan and execute the training for diving teams in and out of the pool and assist the Head Swim coach with administrative duties as assigned, including but not limited to monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes, recruiting, fundraising, planning of team travel, and assisting with home meets.
This individual will serve as the Diving Coach for both the men's and women's programs. McKendree is a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) and competes as an NCAA Division II program.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and acceptance into a Master's program at McKendree University is required.
Work Conditions
