Director of Rehab - Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant PTA or COTA 
• Skilled Nursing Facility in Grand Haven, MI at Riverside Nursing and Rehab Community
Full-time position - Open to a PTA or COTA 
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential - Salary starting at $74,000 *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview. 

We currently are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated therapist to serve as Rehab Director for our high-volume skilled nursing facility in Grand Haven, MI. As an RD you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. The primary purpose of the position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and providing direct clinical care. Broad River Rehab is a NC based growing therapy company which partners with providers across all settings including assisted/ independent and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
