R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Security Guards at our Wilmington, OH Service Center. Candidates must successfully complete the selection process to ensure we are providing professional security officers who are dependable and reliable. We are highly interested in candidates who are looking for a long-term career and take pride in their work, their communication abilities, and who believe in the importance of a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing protection for the terminals security interests and property from theft, fires, sabotage, vandalism, illegal entry, and other acts that may adversely impact the company.
  • Other duties as assigned by management staff.

 Requirements / Qualifications: 

  • Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Have the ability to speak, read and write the English language
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends if needed
  • You must be able to physically stand, walk or patrol the assigned facility for the majority of your shift
  • Previous military, police, or security guard experience is preferred but not required
  • Must submit to a criminal history check, and pass a drug screen
