Prime Video Sports is revolutionizing how customers enjoy live sports. We are expanding the breadth of live content including Thursday Night Football, and NBA, and the depth of the sports fan experience. This is a transformative opportunity, a chance to be in the vanguard of a program that will revolutionize Prime Video and the live streaming experience of customers everywhere.

We seek an experienced and motivated technical program management leader to deliver critical programs delighting Prime Video Sports fans. In this role you will be responsible for managing complex projects in Sports Data Platform, Partner Integrations, and Customer Outreach platforms, tracking dependencies, and launching features collaborating with our internal stakeholders and teams.
You will work across organizational boundaries to build relationships, influence partner team roadmaps, track multiple programs, bring visibility to stakeholders, and deliver results to customers. You are comfortable dealing with technically complex, and ambiguous projects

You will participate in technical discussions, discuss trade-offs, and partner with the Engineering Managers to come up with a delivery plan. If you enjoy operating in a startup-like environment, working very closely across product, tech, science and marketing, to launch and scale products that have the potential to be game changers - this could be the perfect role for you.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and deliver high-visibility programs across Customer Conversions, Partner Integrations, and Sports Data Platform teams
- Create mechanisms to track programs, report progress, unblock software development teams, and execute on goals
- Manage partner team relationships, influence their roadmap and priorities to deliver dependent components for PV Sports
- Understand high-level technical architecture, and participate in technical discussions with the team
- Work closely with the software engineering team to address their pain points and remove bottlenecks
- Send timely updates including monthly newsletters to leadership bringing visibility to high-profile programs
- Balance diving deep and resolving issues yourself, and escalating for help.
- Be comfortable adopting and driving AI best practices in the org
A day in the life
You are responsible for delivering complex projects with high visibility. This requires building key relationships with Engineering Managers, Leadership, Partner teams, and SDEs


This role requires program management, project management, technical deep dive, and operational excellence skills. You should be comfortable operating at different depth - diving deep with the team as well as summarizing high-level progress for leadership. You should be comfortable working closely with people with different skills and roles.


About the team
Customer Conversions team is responsible for converting passive customers to active sports fans. We engage them through outbound push notifications, and in-app features.
Partner Integrations is responsible for ingesting partner content and metadata into Prime Video to expand selection for our customers.


Sports Data Platform team is responsible for ingesting sports metadata such as stats, scores, and imagery from various sources, processing, and delivering it to internal clients.
This role will manage cross-functional projects in Customer Outreach, Partner Integrations, and Sports Data Platform areas. .
