Position Summary:

Develop the future of basketball telecast production as part of the NBA's direct-to-consumer initiative. This role will be an operator in the Game Distribution Center to condition game feeds and other live content, including filling commercial breaks and halftime to create continuous game feeds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the NBA and its content and should have some knowledge of television broadcast production. The candidate will condition up to two live game broadcast productions simultaneously on a nightly basis. The ability to solve problems independently and work cross-functionally under tight deadlines whilemaintainingflexibility and a positive attitude under the pressure of a live television broadcast isa mustfor this role.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Operate and condition live game broadcast productions into a continuous game feed

  • Daily creation and delivery of required formats and rundowns

  • Ability to search for pertinent content for implementation into continuous game feeds

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • Some experience in live television and video production

  • Knowledge of NBA and content offerings

  • Excellent communication, writing,organizationand interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow process withgreat detailand accuracy

  • Ability to work nights and weekends

Educational Background Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Range:

$24.04/hr
