Job description

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as International CRM decision-intelligence lead; translate customer/campaign/market data into recommendations and next-best-actions; surface market insight into global CRM strategy.

  • Lead predictive & diagnostic analytics to measure CRM effectiveness (segmentation, propensity, lifetime value, churn, channel preference, engagement, conversion) and anticipate needs using AI/ML.

  • Define and steward data quality, product segmentation, and audience attributes for personalization at scale; diagnose/escalate data gaps blocking CRM activation.

  • Apply generative/agentic AI to accelerate insight generation (reusable prompts, analytical agents/skills for self-serve insight).

  • Define/maintain CRM KPIs and new measures of trust/performance for AI-generated content and agentic journeys (quality, brand-safety, human review/escalation).

  • Define/evolve CRM dashboards and self-serve insight; support local dynamics with market/brand leaders.

  • Lead CRM research and opportunity sizing (market sizing, segmentation, LTV, cross-sell, new-market opportunities) to inform strategies/investment.

  • Define CRM data governance and privacy best practices (consent, ePermissions, list management, hygiene) and stay current on regional privacy/responsible-AI guidance.


Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s + 10+ years relevant experience; hands-on customer analytics platform (e.g., Adobe/Google Analytics) and strong SQL (complex query writing/joining/optimization); demonstrated AI fluency; ML understanding for CRM audiences (segmentation, propensity/NBA, churn, uplift) and comfort partnering with data science/AI; track record translating data into measurable marketing/commercial recommendations; experience with regional analytics/reporting scaled internationally; strong data foundations (CDP, audience attributes, quality/governance); partner with Legal/Compliance on privacy/consent; exceptional matrix collaboration/influence; fluent English.

  • Preferred: Master’s; CDP/audience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud); decisioning tooling; advanced SQL with schemas; measurement/governance frameworks for AI/agentic journeys; emerging/ambiguous environments; pharma/healthcare + international direct-response marketing knowledge; advanced degree; multilingual.
