Job Title: Functional Consultant – Infor LN Supply Chain (SCM)
Location: San Antonio, TX 
 
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Infor LN Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join a leading project with Accenture/Navistar. This role is fully remote and focuses on delivering enhancements, functional configurations, and support across LN SCM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support functional configurations, enhancements, and issue resolutions in Infor LN SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Planning, Order Management).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into functional solutions.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify optimization opportunities within the LN platform.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment of solutions.
  • Manage change requests and tickets during operational support.
  • Participate in UAT, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Create detailed documentation for business processes and configurations.
 
Technical Environment:
  • ERP Platform: Infor LN (Baan V, FPx, 10.x)
  • Modules: Supply Chain – Inventory, Purchasing, Warehousing, Planning
  • Tools: Infor ION, SQL, JIRA/ServiceNow (ticketing), BIRST (nice to have)
  • Integration: Experience working with middleware and interfaces is a plus
 
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Infor LN (Baan) Supply Chain modules
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain workflows in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Navistar or large manufacturing clients
  • Exposure to Finance/Manufacturing modules is a plus
  • Understanding of ION or Infor reporting tools (BIRST, BI)
