  • Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site-from routine maintenance to complex issues
  • Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and on the road
  • Represent Wiers with professionalism and consistency

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of diesel technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required)
  • Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions
  • Professional communication and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Experience
  • ASE certifications
  • Manufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.)
  • Mobile or field service background
  • DOT inspection experience
  • Advanced diagnostic training
