Job description

SharePoint Analyst – Intranet Migration

Minneapolis, MN (Onsite near Airport)
Contract: 3+ months

Position Overview

The role will work closely with the Corporate Communications team to help move content from an existing intranet into a new SharePoint environment. The current intranet consists primarily of static content such as documents, policies, forms, archived information, links, and communication resources.

The goal of the project is to move this content into a modern SharePoint environment that is easier for employees to navigate, search, and maintain. Much of the work will involve updating pages, organizing documents and content, supporting site navigation, and helping ensure information is structured clearly and consistently.

This is a hands on project role that would be a good fit for someone who enjoys working in SharePoint, is detail oriented, and is comfortable learning a new environment quickly.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of SharePoint experience
  • Hands on experience with SharePoint Online
  • Experience creating or updating SharePoint sites and pages
  • Experience working with document libraries, site content, navigation, and permissions
  • Some experience with content migration, intranet projects, or SharePoint implementations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non technical teams
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team
