Coordinate timelines, deliverables, owners, dependencies, risks, communications, reinforcement, and measurement requirements from intake through completion.
  • Program Governance and Operating Systems. Own and continuously improve the operating systems that support program creation and management, including intake, program-development methodology, templates, project trackers, governance standards, service-level expectations, quality reviews, content maintenance, and operating rhythms. Monitor adherence to the team playbook and simplify workflows where appropriate.
  • Program Content Coordination and Knowledge Management. Following the Sr. Director's direction, socialize approved findings and actions back to the team and track follow-through.
  • Calendars, Technology, Tools, and AI Governance. Own the Commercial Learning Editorial Calendar and Master Calendar. Govern the enablement technology stack, administer approved tools, identify automation opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, coordinate pilots, develop business cases and ROI recommendations, document standards, and support team adoption.

  • Ability to coordinate content development across Enablement team members, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to translate program, adoption, behavior, and business data into clear findings, recommendations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong SharePoint administration, knowledge-management, content-governance, taxonomy, and information-architecture capabilities.
