Our client is an AI solutions company helping enterprises adopt AI by either building custom AI systems that leverage their organizational knowledge or by providing experienced AI engineers who can build and deploy AI products alongside their teams. Focused on the CPG and Retail sectors, they partner with Fortune 500 organizations to design and implement scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $150Kโ€“$200K
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $400K+
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Sell AI, data, and enterprise technology solutions with deal sizes ranging from $500Kโ€“$2M+.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
  • Engage executive stakeholders including CMOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, and other senior leaders.
  • Partner with technical teams to scope, position, and close solution-based engagements.
  • Build ROI-driven business cases and navigate procurement, legal, and executive approval processes.
  • Drive long-term account growth through strategic relationship management.
Required Experience
  • 4โ€“8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven success selling into Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience closing deals with ACVs of $500K+.
  • Background selling AI, SaaS, cloud, data, consulting, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Consistent record of quota attainment and overachievement.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
