Atrium Health Navicent Medical Group (AHNMG) is seeking a Nocturnal Critical Care Nurse Practitioner in the beautiful and historic Macon, Georgia area. Macon is situated south of metropolitan Atlanta and is a wonderful place to live, learn and work. AHNMG is an established multispecialty group of 250 + clinicians who provide professional medical services to Atrium Health Navicent. Atrium Health Navicent is a 637-bed level one trauma center. As the second largest hospital in Georgia and a nationally recognized academic medical center, Atrium Health has seen phenomenal growth and expansion fostered by a cohesive Physician and Administrative leadership team striving toward a common goal of excellent patient care and outcomes. In compliance with Leapfrog safety standards, Atrium Health is increasing its intensivist footprint to provide the best care possible in all of our critical care units. These units include Surgical Trauma, Neuro, Medical and Cardiovascular. The candidate would join our experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The position available is full time. The ideal candidate has must be forward thinking with a dedication to excellence. Each critical care unit is between 10 and 16 beds with a total of 3 intensivists per unit staffing model.
