Job description

Description:

Nautilus is searching for an Advanced Practice Provider in the Denver area. This is a contract position. The pay is $150 per visit. The exemplary candidate will deliver superior patient care within the home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized care plans.
  • Administer and manage patient medications.
  • Employ robust clinical skills in areas such as medical-surgical care.
  • Execute venipuncture and specimen collection processing.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide utilization management support to optimize healthcare resources.
  • Maintain accurate and current medical records.
  • Adhere to workers' compensation legislation and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
  • Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
  • Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the relevant specialty area.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in home, clinic, and hospital settings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation law.
  • Expertise in managing complex wounds.
  • Proficient in PICC, midline and peripheral IV.
  • Proficiency in assessing the need for rehabilitation care
