At Nautilus 220, the Pool Attendant delivers a welcoming and resort-style amenity experience while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.

The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, organization, and hospitality experience of the pool deck and amenity areas at Nautilus 220. • Resident Experience Enhancement: Create a welcoming and elevated atmosphere through attentive service, proactive hospitality, and strong attention to detail that enhances the overall resident lifestyle experience.
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain awareness of pool safety standards, emergency procedures, and operational protocols while assisting in keeping amenity spaces safe, clean, and properly maintained throughout operating hours.
