About the team:
The Contact Center Data Science team, part of the Member Insights organization, develops advanced statistical and machine learning models to enhance understanding and prediction of member behavior. The team focuses on optimizing Voicebot and Chatbot performance through data-driven experimentation and behavioral analysis. It also creates dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, enabling detailed tracking and operational insight across contact center workflows. This collaborative team leverages expertise in data science, predictive analytics, and visualization to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement in member engagement strategies.   • Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains and databases to support analytical initiatives.
  • Build and train AI/ML models with a focus on scalability and reusability.
  • Conduct thorough data quality assessments and ensure data integrity for accurate model development.
  • Develop, test, and validate advanced predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Deploy scalable analytical models into production environments, ensuring performance and sustainability.
  • Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy.

What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading projects.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning techniques including classification, regression, NLP, forecasting, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python and PySpark and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, or Tableau.
  • Strong skills in exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and predictive analytics to derive actionable business insights.
