At Next In Natural, our mission is to help make the world a better place, organically. We are the operational engine behind some of the most exciting emerging brands in organic and natural food and beverage - including Chameleon Coffee, Aura Bora, GG Fiber, Sky Top A2 Organics, and Organic Nuna. We’re hiring a Business Development Team Leader to build win-win relationships across the Metro New York market — building and supporting our retail, distributor and broker partners, running consumer/trade events from time to time, and turning shoppers into fans at the finest retail and food service accounts in the country. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role for someone who loves people, hustle, and the natural space.

  • •Track and report on account activity, velocity, and field intel so the team can sharpen strategy and chase the right opportunities.
  • •Bring positive energy to every account visit and activation, and communicate proactively with the broader Next In Natural team.
What We’re Looking For

  • •You have genuine enthusiasm for organic, natural, and functional food and beverage — this isn’t just a job to you.
  • •You’re entrepreneurial and self-directed — you can manage your own field schedule, prioritize accounts, and execute without being hand-held.

  • •You’re available a minimum of three days per week in the field, and able to travel overnight for events roughly one to two times per quarter.
  • •You light up when meeting new people, you remember names, and you follow through.
  • •You\'re flexible and can be a Swiss army knife to help out when needed for things outside of the normal scope of work, attend a tasting one day, assist with setting up an event in Montauk the next but make no mistake core focus is building business
  • •Prior business development, restaurant or hospitality experience a plus but not mandatory.
  • •Big plus as well if you like posting on social media so we can have fun as we go.
  • •Base salary of $56,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience.
  • •Business development incentives paid on top of base — tied to velocity, new distribution, and account growth. The harder you drive results, the more you earn; top performers can earn well beyond target.
  • •Mileage reimbursement and travel expense coverage for field work and events.
  • •Strong opportunities for advancement within the organization to grow into a senior business development role as Next In Natural expands.
