Professionals in these roles focus on cybersecurity operations, incident response, policy development, and digital risk management. Their work is critical for ensuring the security and resilience of NATO's digital infrastructure across member states. Such positions require expertise in information technology, security protocols, and often a security clearance. NATO Cyber professionals collaborate internationally to counter cyber attacks and enhance collective defense capabilities.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a NATO Cyber Specialist, and why are they important?
