Objetivo del Cargo:
Liderar el crecimiento y transformación del segmento de alquiler de autos a largo plazo (leasing operativo), desarrollando estrategias comerciales innovadoras, estructurando soluciones rentables para clientes corporativos y generando relaciones de alto valor en el mercado caribeño.
 
 
Responsabilidades Principales:
• Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan estratégico de crecimiento para leasing operativo, alineado con los objetivos de rentabilidad, rotación de flota y penetración de mercado.
• Diseñar propuestas comerciales personalizadas para clientes PYME, corporativos y multinacionales.
• Identificar oportunidades de negocio en sectores clave: turismo, transporte, energía, construcción, tecnología, entre otros.
• Fortalecer y fidelizar el portafolio actual de clientes, incrementando la tasa de renovación y cross selling.
• Coordinar con operaciones, talleres, seguros y logística para garantizar el cumplimiento de la promesa de servicio.
• Implementar y optimizar el uso del CRM comercial, asegurando trazabilidad, forecast y mejora en la conversión de leads.
• Generar y presentar informes de gestión, rentabilidad de contratos y análisis de mercado.
• Liderar el equipo comercial de leasing, asegurando formación, metas claras y cultura de alto desempeño.
• Construir alianzas estratégicas con marcas automotrices, aseguradoras y talleres para mejorar la propuesta de valor.
 
 
Perfil Profesional Requerido:
 
Formación:
• Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas o carreras afines.
• Deseable MBA o posgrado en gestión comercial, negocios o estrategia.
 
Experiencia:
• 5+ años en liderazgo comercial en sectores como leasing, flotas, automotriz, logística o movilidad empresarial.
• Experiencia concreta en estructuración de contratos de leasing o servicios a largo plazo.
• Historial de cumplimiento y superación de metas de ingresos y crecimiento.
 
Habilidades y Competencias:
• Pensamiento estratégico y orientación al crecimiento exponencial.
• Alta capacidad de negociación, cierre de negocios y presentación de soluciones a nivel ejecutivo.
• Dominio de CRM, indicadores de gestión y análisis de rentabilidad.
• Liderazgo, toma de decisiones y gestión de equipos comerciales.
• Conocimiento del entorno comercial y cultural del Caribe (deseable).
 
Idiomas:
• Español (nativo o avanzado)
• Inglés avanzado a fluido.
