Job description

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop and execute comprehensive account plans
  • Support customer accounts from initial engagement through deployment, expansion, and renewal
  • Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects
  • Own a revenue target
  • Manage revenue forecasts
  • Analyze key account metrics, create reports, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor the industry landscape, including people, competitors, and partners, to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategies
  • Collaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates
  • Support development of company culture
Requirements
  • 8+ years selling and renewing platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
  • Experience designing and executing complex deal strategies
  • Experience supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience gathering, distilling, and processing complex market intelligence, including industry, competitor, customer, and prospect intelligence
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to build strong relationships with executives and cross-functional professionals
  • Passion or deep curiosity for artificial intelligence
  • Understanding of go-to-market best practices
  • Ability to work from a US office three days per week for office-based roles
