Government and Commercial Contract Specialist
Location: Lehi, UT
Symbiotic Services is seeking a Government and Commercial Contract Specialist to support contract management and sales efforts for a company specializing in native seed and erosion control products. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to manage government and special commercial contracts while providing sales and business development support.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
  • Oversee all aspects of governmentand special commercial contracts across multiple regions.
  • Organize contract and biddocuments in the company's online system.
  • Maintain shared calendars for keydeliverable dates.
  • Review contract documents andcommunicate key components to sales staff and senior management.
  • Assist in contract activities,including bid preparation, pricing, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Communicate efficiently andprofessionally with contract customers.
Sales Support
  • Manage a book of business asassigned by senior sales staff.
  • Handle customer calls and assistwalk-in customers.
  • Support competitive biddingprocedures.
  • Assist with order processing andinventory management.
  • Process customer orders in thecompany's ERP system and coordinate with warehouse staff.
Marketing & Business Development Support
  • Promote the use of native seed ingovernment agencies and NGOs.
  • Support marketing efforts,including trade events, speaking engagements, and marketing materials.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
