What you'll accomplish with us

As a National Sales Director you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional working relationship with key dealership personnel.

  • Implement/ installsales process that drives dealer profitability.

  • TrainAccount Executiveson the sales process.

  • Attend dealer visits with theAccount Executives.

  • Generate organic growth by addingadditionalproducts and commission.

  • Understand reinsurance andparticipatein periodic business reviews.

  • Generate weekly/ monthly detailed reports outlining production and income.

  • Manage calendar and DSR's through Sales Force.

  • Understand allproducts fullyand their applications to maximize dealer andcompanyincome.

  • Understandcompany pricing and revenueto maximize profitability.

  • Understand dealership operations to fully engage with dealership management.

  • Developannual andmonthlybusinessplans.

  • Developand conductsales presentations for new and existing dealers.

  • Prospect for new business with a focus on dealer referrals.

  • Host weeklyor bi-weekly new business pipelinecalland monthly salesmeeting.

  • Manage and approve expenses forAccount Executives.

  • Recruit, train, develop, and disciplineAccount Executivesand training staff.

  • Develop sales rep pay plans to stimulate growth.
