Job description

About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and professional Assistant Account Manager to support daily security operations, personnel management, client relations, and administrative functions across multiple accounts. This position is ideal for an experienced security professional looking to advance into management or an existing supervisor seeking career growth within a fast-paced security environment.

The Assistant Account Manager will work closely with the Account Manager to ensure contract compliance, maintain staffing levels, support field personnel, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily management of multiple security accounts
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training efforts
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and officer evaluations
  • Assist with employee scheduling and coverage for open shifts
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and address service concerns
  • Monitor officer performance and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with investigations, incident reviews, and corrective actions
  • Review and submit reports, payroll information, and personnel documentation
  • Help maintain staffing levels and support retention initiatives
  • Respond to emergencies and after-hours operational needs as required
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections and client follow-ups
  • Support company growth initiatives and operational objectives

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous security, operations, management, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
