Position Summary:
LidWorks is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to support our continued growth and help build strong, long-term relationships with key Operators and Distributors across an assigned territory. This position plays an essential role in achieving annual sales targets and advancing the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales at chain accounts in the QSR, C-store, and Coffee segments with a focus on finding new customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the foodservice industry, including Operators, Distributors, and relevant competitive players.
  • Apply a clear understanding of the company’s strategic plan and go-to-market approach to support business objectives and align with customer expectations.
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Build and manage customer relationships by understanding their operations and engaging across key functional areas. Provide timely insights on pricing, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Identify new sales prospects within assigned markets and evaluate the potential of each opportunity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact, activity, and opportunity information within the CRM.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, energy, and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Assist in developing the annual sales budget and provide timely monthly forecast updates.
  • Collaborate across departments and support a team-focused environment.
  • Work from a home office and spend approximately 50% of the time meeting with customers.

Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of foodservice sales experience.
  • Established customer relationships within the foodservice industry, particularly with chain accounts.
  • Ability to secure appointments and pursue new business opportunities in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence customers and decision-makers.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering effective presentations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
