Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated, competitive sales representative to join our growing fire protection sales team. This is a B2B sales role (both inside and outside) that builds strong business relationships, acquires new accounts, and supports long-term customer accounts.

This role offers industry training and structured sales commissions, in an essential, recession-resistant industry.

You'll advise business owners, property managers, and facility leaders on protecting people and property while keeping workplaces and communities safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct site walks and needs assessments to identify compliance, inspection, and service opportunities.
  • Present customized fire protection installation, inspection, service, and repair solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first contact through close
  • Manage pipeline, activities, and forecasts using industry-leading sales tools
