Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional service. This position requires 3–5 years of air filtration experience and a strong ability to cultivate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the filtration industry.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to build a solid sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and company sales goals.
2. Customer Engagement
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable filtration solutions.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
3. Market Research & Analysis
  • Stay current with trends in the filtration industry and emerging technologies.
  • Research target markets and identify high-potential customer segments.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to strengthen market position.
4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts for leadership review.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry workshops.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in air filtration sales (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation, closing deals, and building client relationships.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service. 
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and climb ladders to rooftops
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • NAFA (National Air Filtration Association) certifications are a plus.
