Job Summary:

In your pivotal role as Associate Program Manager, you will handle faculty recruiting to include event planning, travel arrangements, and perform general admin logistics of faculty recruiting.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's (or equivalent experience)
Prefer 2-3 years of experience preferred
Microsoft Office Proficiency
Experience with REDCap, Concur and WorkDay is a PLUS!
This position will work on site at the VUMC Medical Arts building on 21st Ave. and will work Monday-Friday, traditional daytime business hours, 8-5.

The Department of Anesthesiology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine has a long tradition of innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides support for the creation, coordination and execution of the program.
Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
The responsibilities listed are a general overview of the position and additional duties may be assigned.
