Senior Commercial HVAC Technician (NATE Certified)

Position Overview
AmeriServe is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician with NATE Certification and at least 10 years of commercial experience. This role focuses on servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex commercial HVAC systems in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Service and repair commercial HVAC systems including:
    • Rooftop units (RTUs)
    • Chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems
    • VAV/VRF systems
    • Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
  • Perform preventative maintenance for commercial accounts
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes and company standards
  • Communicate with facility managers and clients professionally
  • Complete detailed service documentation
Requirements
  • NATE Certification (Required)
  • Minimum 10 years of commercial HVAC experience
  • EPA Certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • BAS/BMS experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Ability to work independently in field environments
