- Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with NASM-CPT examination content and common challenges such as memorizing the OPT model phases, understanding biomechanical assessment, and applying program design variables appropriately. Adapts instruction using NASM study materials, practice examinations, and client scenario analysis to support aspiring personal trainers preparing for NASM certification.
