BryceTech is seeking a Software Engineer who will be supporting a DoW client with a variety of needs including acquisition, program management, technology assessment, demonstration support, and testing and evaluation. Key Responsibilities & Support: * Support the technical and programmatic development of a data ontology for the integration of acquisition program structures to an existing GitLab architecture. Tasks are anticipated to include (but are not limited to):
* Translating acquisition milestones and requirements into sprint and release planning, dependency mapping, and integrated software development schedules
* Developing program execution workflows inside GitLab including issue templates, branching strategies, CI/CD pipeline development, traceability and metrics/reporting structures
* Create and maintain required acquisition and software documentation, such as User Manuals, API Gateway Documentation, Software Version Documents and Interface Control Documents
* Serve as the integration lead between program execution, technical development teams, and the existing GitLab environment, ensuring workflows, boards, repositories, and reporting structures support both Agile execution and contractual/programmatic requirements
* Support facilitation of agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog curation, sprint reviews and retrospectives
* Support development of reports and stakeholder communication throughout the development of the capability
* Develop API documentation to support software integration with and use in external environments.
* Support the decomposition of software requirements into executable epics, tasks, interface requirements, and develop implementation plans aligned to program objectives and acquisition milestones
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures and other clear documentation for the implementation of programmatic requirements for the data ontology
* Support the management of the software development and acquisition activities in a coordinated CI/CD process
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and design enterprise software solutions using agile development methodologies
* Support clients and stakeholders in the creation and presentation of technical demonstrations and operational presentations by clearly communicating and providing technical status, risks, dependencies, and recommended paths forward Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Secret Clearance
* Expert in the use and configuration of GitLab architecture, features, and capabilities, including:
* Ability to design, build, secure, test, and optimize GitLab to incorporate a wide range of DoW acquisition and programmatic data, workflows, compliance and verification capabilities and support a secure, scalable and automated DevSecOps
* GitLab GitLab CI/CD Associate or equivalent DevOps certification for a candidate expected to shape workflows inside an established GitLab ecosystem
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL or equivalent
* Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, software engineering, or identifiable relevant experience/certifications
* Familiarity with leading interdisciplinary technical teams, understanding of the military/warfighter user base
Preferred Qualifications: * Red Hat Certified System Administrator or similar
* Understanding of the CBRN mission space
* CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CISSP
* AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect or comparable certification
