Job Description
BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team providing financial management support services to Headquarters Marine Corps Budget & Execution Division. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface between BryceTech and the Government, providing oversight of all contract activities, personnel, deliverables, quality management, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract performance
  • Manage project cost, schedule, staffing, and performance across all PWS task areas
  • Lead transition planning, quality assurance, risk management, metrics management, project controls, and communications management
  • Ensure successful execution of support activities involving:
    • Financial execution analysis and reporting
    • Budget execution monitoring
    • DAI, PBIS, ADVANA, WYPC, HRLink, and related financial systems
    • Financial reporting and audit readiness initiatives
  • Serve as primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR
  • Attend and support monthly planning meetings, quarterly performance reviews, and executive-level briefings
  • Prepare and oversee required deliverables, status reports, meeting materials, quality control documentation, and transition plans
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure all personnel maintain required qualifications
  • Identify efficiencies, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities that enhance value to the Government

Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance or above
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, management, public administration, information systems, or related field
  • 9+ years of progressive experience supporting:
    • Business consulting
    • Process improvement
    • Strategic planning
    • Financial management or related disciplines
  • 4+ years managing complex projects, programs, or contracts
  • Data analytics certification preferred
  • Structured Query Language (SQL) certification or demonstrated proficiency preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with senior Government officials
