Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in automotive repair, enabling them to accurately assess vehicle damage and provide comprehensive estimates for repairs. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service.

Duties

  • Evaluate damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed and prepare detailed estimates for customers.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs and parts, ensuring accuracy in assessments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair options, timelines, and costs while providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the body shop team to align on repair processes and timelines.
  • Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions using appropriate software tools.
