About NANO Nuclear Energy

NANO Nuclear Energy is an advanced nuclear technology company developing next-generation microreactor systems that will help transform the future of clean, reliable, and resilient energy. Through the development of its KRONOS MMRโ„ข Energy System, LOKI MMRโ„ข Energy System, and ZEUSโ„ข Solid Core Battery Reactorโ€”advanced high-temperature gas-cooled reactor (HTGR) technologies designed for applications including data centers, industrial operations, remote communities, and critical infrastructureโ€”the company is advancing innovative nuclear solutions for a rapidly evolving energy landscape. NANO Nuclear has also submitted a Construction Permit Application (CPA) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to support the planned deployment of the KRONOS MMR at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), representing a significant milestone toward the commercialization of advanced nuclear technology.

Joining NANO Nuclear means contributing to pioneering technologies with the potential to redefine the nuclear industry while working alongside experts in engineering, science, and innovation. Our team operates in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where employees are encouraged to solve challenging technical problems and advance the materials technologies needed for next-generation energy systems.

About Secured Transportation Services:

Secured Transportation Services, LLC (STS) is a specialized transportation and logistics provider serving the nuclear industry. Headquartered in Winder, Georgia, STS manages the packaging, routing, security, and delivery of fresh and spent nuclear fuel, radiological sources, and other radioactive materials for the U.S. Department of Energy, the national laboratories, universities, and commercial nuclear customers, both domestically and internationally.

STS provides a full range of services, including route surveys and NRC route certification, transportation security planning, permitting and regulatory compliance, escort and law enforcement coordination, Movement Control Center operations, and on-site project management at origin and destination. • Project Scoping Support โ€“ Work with technical and operations teams to define early shipment requirements, timelines, and logistics parameters that shape initial project concepts.
  • Proposal and Commercial Support โ€“ Assist in developing early cost inputs, preparing proposal materials, and maintaining accurate CRM data to support the commercial pipeline.
  • Government and Regulatory Coordination โ€“ Support engagement with federal agencies, regulators, and industry organizations to identify contracting opportunities, monitor policy developments, and ensure commercial activities align with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • New Market Entry โ€“ Evaluate emerging domestic and international markets, customer segments, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's transportation and logistics services.
  • Product Development โ€“ Collaborate with technical, operations, and leadership teams to identify customer needs and help shape new service offerings and transportation solutions that strengthen the company's competitive position.
  • Strategic Partnerships โ€“ Build and maintain relationships with complementary service providers, technology companies, and industry organizations to expand commercial opportunities.
  • Conference & Industry Engagement โ€“ Represent the company at industry conferences, customer meetings, and trade associations to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management โ€“ Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, sales forecasts, and customer engagement records to support commercial planning and reporting.
Required Qualifications
