Position Title: Hybrid Nanny & House Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Primarily MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM, with flexibility required for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional, highly organized, and proactive Hybrid Nanny & House Manager to join our family long-term. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced household environment, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, clean, and smoothly functioning home.

The ideal candidate is warm, trustworthy, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate the needs of both the children and the household. This position requires domestic and international travel with the family approximately 7 times per year.

Key Responsibilities Childcare Responsibilities (3 children ages 5, 6, and 9)
  • Provide attentive, engaging, and nurturing care for children.
  • Plan age-appropriate activities, educational experiences, and outings.
  • Assist with school routines, homework support, and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain children's schedules, routines, and personal organization.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children as needed.
  • Support children's emotional, social, and developmental growth.
  • Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
Household Management Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall organization and smooth operation of the household.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including:
    • General cleaning and tidying
    • Laundry and ironing
    • Organizing closets, playrooms, and household spaces
    • Changing linens and maintaining household supplies
    • Rotation of deep cleaning items weekly (Bathrooms, bedrooms, etc)
  • Coordinate household vendors, appointments, and service providers.
  • Manage household inventories and shopping needs.
  • Assist with meal planning and light meal preparation (cooking dinners 2x a week)
  • Run errands and handle miscellaneous household tasks.
  • Maintain detailed household records, calendars, and schedules.
Travel Responsibilities
  • Travel domestically and internationally with the family approximately 7 times annually.
  • Assist with packing, travel logistics, children's routines, and household support while traveling.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in changing environments and schedules.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a nanny, house manager, family assistant, or similar role required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Genuine love of working with children.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
