Job description

Position: SAP FI/CO Consultant
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 3 Months
Job Description:
Minimum of 7 years' experience in SAP Finance (preferably S4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO)
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, including hands-on design and configuration
• Experienced in SAP Lease accounting in Nakisa
• Implemented a solution for the new Leasing standards
• This includes assessing what they do today in SAP versus what is available to them in the new SLAN solution based on new IFRS standards
• Advanced knowledge on FI: FI-AR (Account Receivable Sap (Account Payables), GL and New GL (General Ledger), FI-AA (Asset Account); Month/year-end closing activities and Configuration of SAP FI integration with SD and MM modules
• Knowledge of New Asset accounting and its integration
• Understand the accounting for lease transactions in accordance with ASC 842 - Leases
• Good understanding of lease transactions
• Functional expertise in several Finance areas including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury
• Well versed on cross functional integration with other modules
