Position Summary

The Door Fabricator / Carpenter is responsible for fabricating interior and exterior doors and door frames according to customer specifications and quality standards. This position also supports warehouse operations through material handling, loading, and inventory organization.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble doors and door frames
  • Operate woodworking equipment including table saws, routers, chop saws, and nail guns
  • Safely operate production machinery and hand tools
  • Read and follow production specifications and measurements
  • Stage and load customer orders accurately
  • Assist with loading and securing materials for delivery
  • Receive, move, and organize inventory
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, production, assembly, millwork, door fabrication, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials throughout the workday
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
