Reporting to the Lead Instructor or Director. Instructors contribute to the overall success of the company. ResponsibilitiesProvide a positive and inspiring learning experience for all students by using a variety of teaching methodsCultivate the student's job readiness by making every learning situation relevant to career preparationPrepare lesson plans and teaching aids prior to each class taughtUpdate and continually develop your own teaching techniques, skills, and professional developmentParticipate in school activities including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education and trainingsAdhere to compliance regulations for all Federal and State guidelines related to professional licensingQualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
