Senior Manager, Insurance Accounting
Oliver James is currently partnering with a high-growth P&C insurance provider in Florida to appoint a Senior Manager, Accounting to their finance leadership team. This role can be based in Boca Raton 3 days p/w on-site, or potentially, for the perfect candidate, we can consider more remote working patterns.
This is a critical hire for a professional who thrives in the technical complexities of the Property & Casualty (P&C) space. You will own the end-to-end financial reporting process and serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies.
The Role
As the Senior Manager, you will oversee all general accounting functions and financial reporting for the group's insurance and reinsurance entities. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will ensure the integrity of the month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
