ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain client insurance accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues
  • Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications and documentation
  • Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and other insurance professionals to facilitate policy issuance
  • Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system
  • Monitor policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients for renewals or upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about insurance products and market trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
