Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Nolensville is hiring a Client Services Coordinator with great vibes, strong people skills, and a passion for hospitality!

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is where great hair, great music, and great people come together. We're high-energy, inclusive, and focused on delivering an unforgettable experience every time a guest walks through the door.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you're the face of the shop. You set the tone, keep things moving, and make sure every guest feels welcomed, taken care of, and excited to come back. This is a people-first, hospitality-driven role in a fast-paced, music-filled environment.

 What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and great energy.

  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointments, and POS transactions.

  • Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and handle guest questions.

  • Keep the entire shop clean, organized, and guest-ready.

  • Support retail sales with product recommendations when appropriate.

  • Capture occasional photos or short videos and assist with in-shop social media content (Instagram stories, posts, promotions).

  • Communicate closely with barbers and stylists to keep the day flowing smoothly.

  • Help ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

 What We're Looking For
  • Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.

  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems.

  • Confident, friendly communicator who thrives in a busy environment.

  • Organized, reliable, and team-oriented.

  • Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

  • Comfortable representing the Floyd's brand both in person and on social media.
