Job Description
Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun and professional part-time staff member to help administer Highland Music Studio, our location in Atlanta, GA This staff member will serve as a point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Primary responsibilities include:
โ€ข Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
โ€ข Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
โ€ข Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
โ€ข General administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset.
Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job. Health insurance options are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.
