About the role
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle and foster a culture rooted in care, authenticity, and excellence. This role plays a key part in ensuring a best-in-class employee experience while supporting HR operations, talent acquisition, and engagement initiatives.
What you will do
  • Support day-to-day People & Culture operations, ensuring a positive and service-oriented employee experience
  • Process HR transactions in Workday, including hires, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening candidates, conducting reference checks, and supporting hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as events, surveys (30-60-6-month stay), and recognition programs
  • Generate and distribute HR reports (e.g., performance reviews, anniversaries, new hires, terminations)
  • Support training initiatives, including Ethics & Safety programs and learning tracking
  • Manage HR administrative tasks including mail distribution, office upkeep, supply ordering, and invoice processing
  • Assist in audits and compliance processes in coordination with internal and external partners
  • Support special projects and employee-focused initiatives, as well as hotel-wide events and activities
What you bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Relations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred; hospitality experience is a plus
