  • Set and maintain a clear visual and experiential direction across UX/UI, digital design, content, and campaign touchpoints.
  • Oversee the integration of brand identity, art direction, content, and UX to create seamless, engaging storefront experiences.
  • Lead the creative development of artist stores, ensuring visual storytelling, navigation, and content work together intuitively.
  • Establish and evolve creative frameworks, design systems, and experience principles that scale across projects.
  • Partner with insights and research teams to translate fan behavior, performance data, and learnings into creative strategy.
  • Continuously refine creative approaches based on results, cultural trends, and emerging digital best practices.
  • Act as a trusted creative partner to labels, artists, managers, and internal stakeholders by communicating creative direction with clarity and confidence, building trust and alignment across teams.
  • Balance artist expression, brand integrity, UX best practices, and commercial objectives.

Bring your VIBE

  • You understand that creative production is a team sport and foster a collaborative environment
  • You are obsessed with digital experiences, but no, really.
  • You understand that function dictates form, but emotion dictates action
  • You exist at the intersection of fashion and music
