Position Overview

The Account Manager, Music Venue & Entertainment Partnerships, is a pivotal role designed to drive new business growth and foster lasting relationships within the music and venue ecosystem between these 2 entities and stakeholders. This position is focused on identifying and acquiring valuable inventory from music venues, promoters, entertainment companies, hospitality companies, casinos, etc., participating in daily inventory buys, and strategically managing partnerships. The Account Manager will represent VegasTickets.com and RevPro at major industry events, leveraging their network to expand the company's presence and credibility.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities

· Participate in daily inventory purchases and proactively identify new business opportunities, upcoming tours, and on-sales within the music industry.

· Acquire inventory from music venues, promoters, entertainment and hospitality companies, ensuring optimal selection and pricing strategy.

· Manage and nurture relationships with all partners, music venues, promoters, and strategic contacts within the music and entertainment industry.

· Work with Pricing Team on assigned accounts to optimize sell-through rates and ensure appropriate sales strategies.

· Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.

· Build strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.

· Leverage existing networks to generate referrals and expand the company’s strategic account base.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, enhancing visibility and credibility.

· Collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and product teams to meet and exceed client needs.

· Share actionable market insights to influence product development, marketing positioning, and customer engagement strategies.

· Partner with marketing and product teams to create tailored collateral, proposals, and presentations for strategic clients and prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Meet or exceed daily call minimum, appointment expectations, and annual sales goals.

· Build and maintain relationships with individuals, promoters and corporate decision-makers to drive sales.

· Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations, customizing partnership options for each prospect.

· Manage the new client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.

· Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

· Maintain an updated, accurate database of potential buyers and leads within the CRM system and proactively manage and update pipeline of new prospects, contact details and interaction history.

· Handle all incoming sales calls and prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities.

· Effectively execute sales campaigns and training programs as directed.

· Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.

· Deep understanding of the music industry including relationships with promoters, music venues, and the artist/label landscape is preferred.

· At least one year of proven high-level sales success with strong performance and results.

· Exceptional presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver sales materials to large groups and key clients.

· Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

· Professional demeanor, able to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and external stakeholders.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, collaboration, and team contribution.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities, prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently.
