Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, contract management software, and industry databases is typically required. What is music booking?

Music booking is the process of scheduling and arranging performances for musicians, bands, or artists at various venues such as clubs, festivals, or private events. This role typically involves negotiating contracts, setting up logistics, and ensuring both the artist and the venue have their needs met. Music booking can be handled by a booking agent, manager, or sometimes the artist themselves, especially in the early stages of their career. The goal is to secure performance opportunities that help grow the artist’s audience and career.
